Recently, I feel like I’m a repaire in this town.
Especially this winter is post CORONA and the number of the tourists are doubled up.
The other day, I was called from the gorgeous sereblity house which has more than 10 staff for size adjustment for their uniforms.
For 10 staff… many garments of course but inqured the dead line is 2days!!!
Impossible! I thought and thinking ,thinking and thinking. I pushed myself ready for non sleep overnight work again.
I’ve finished by then. I’m relieved.
Couturier ty does collect and delivery as well. It will be charged though. And do express( This is also extra charge depends on the time and items).
By the way, we work by hands on the “Take up”.There’s a reason.
The whole stiches will undone when you hook even one stitch. So we do cross stitch for the pants hem [eg:photo].
Meaning of hand work is literally ” Time consuming “.
Yes, for repair, we have to unpick the stitches also it’s the part that only the experienced person know how complicated it is.
So please understand and respect ripair’s work.
Anyhow, I experienced the gorgeousness and I’m so happy.
ここ数年、冬は街のお直し屋さん的存在になっていると感じております。
今年はコロナもほぼ明けてニセコ界隈の賑わいもコロナ前よりも倍増しているように思います。
先日アンヌプリのある超豪邸へお邪魔してきました。スタッフを１０人以上抱えています。
要件は全スタッフのユニフォームのサイズ調整をして欲しいということ。
いろいろな国から来たスタッフのユニフォームです。
１０人となると枚数も当然多い。
期限は。。２日後。。マジで？無理やん。と、思いながら時間をそうやりくりするか頭の中をめぐらし、多分OK、徹夜覚悟でお受けしました。
なんとか仕上げ、納品できます。ほっ。
Couturier tyでは出張もいたします。出張料金はかかってしまいますが。
あと、時間には余裕を持ってご注文ください。こちらの寝る時間がなくなってしまいますので（本音 笑）。あと、エクスプレス料金がかかります（アイテム、納期によって差はあります）。
ついでに今回お預かりしたパンツの裾上げですが、当工房では手仕上げとなっております。
なぜか？
マシンで仕上げると、一目引っ掛けてしまうと全部解けてしまう事がほとんどです。というわけで手仕事、千鳥掛仕上げ[写真]をしております。
手仕事という事は、手間もかかっているという事です。
縫うだけではありません、解くにも時間、手間が想像を絶するくらいかかっております。料金等も、たかがお直しでは済まない点を皆様にもご理解いただきたいと思います。
さて、この豪邸では玄関チャイムを鳴らしたと同時にコート、ブーツを丁寧に預かっていただき、こんな待遇はされた事がないな。。。というくらいのスタッフさんのホスピタリティが素晴らしかったですよ。よかったです。ありがとうございます。
